Several people asked for a Spiral Wraps video... and it's certainly one of my favorite moves, so here it is. I still don't have the "silver bullet" for teaching this, but I've shared everything I know so do your best and Jesus loves you.

We had a couple requests for "crossers," and I hope this is what people meant. Either way it's a nice little lesson on the idea of letting the movement of your body control the poi.

Many people asked for a tutorial on Isolations, and here it is. Pretty straight forwards once you get a sense for it... but yes, it can take a lot of practice to do it well :)

Also known as "orbitals" by the glowstringers, superduperuberloops are a variation of hyperloops. This has been one of my primary pet moves for the past year, and yet I still can't quite master it! I'd love to see this move become popular, as I'm sure we'll see ubercreativity regarding new things to do with it. :)
