yogayak.com: The best way to learn yoga on the internet. Jen and Mitchel, the founders of Yogayak, filmed some of their yoga lessons in the Vancouver Poi Studio. They were a huge help with the filming of "The Scales of Poi" and a couple of our inspirational videos.

The Ministry of Manipulation is an amazing Object Manipulation site, run by the incredible Drew. Ball Manipulation, Hoop Manipulation, Contact Staff, Poi, Club swinging, Body Rolling, dancing with things .... They all happen here. The video blog is fantastic. Highly recommended.

tonyakay.com:  Tonya Kay is an incredible dancer, poi artist, and raw foodist. She has produced a Beginners Poi DVD, and posts her world travels to her website. If you want to be successful as an artist, check out her site and be inspired. She's done well for herself as a dancer, has worked with amazing people, and yes, that's her up there on some of those iPod billboards.
