If Playpoi and a Zen Monastery had a baby it would be this retreat. Nick Woolsey, Alien Jon, Banyan, Tea Faerie, and Thom Thumb of team Playpoi have joined forces to bring you a totally different kind of retreat. This week is fueled by a vision of something more important than poi tricks. We're aiming at tangible personal transformation and the ability to manifest the flow state at will.

Retreat Prerequisites and Curriculum:
Willingness
The focus of this retreat is cultivating attainment of the flow state, at your current level of skill, whether you are new to poi or have years of experience. We have developed curriculum and zen exercises that will be challenging, fun and rewarding for those of any skill level. Our goal is to send you home more present, empowered and blissed out than you have ever been before.
Accommodation:
Participants will be staying on a compound that includes several houses and apartments with pool, jacuzzi, wireless internet access and BBQ. All participants will be required to share a room with a maximum of 2 people per room (we'll place you with someone of the same sex, if need be), A/C, full kitchen and ocean view. If requested, we can place you in a room with a friend or in a house with several friends (up to 4 total).
Getting there:
Flights are pretty cheap from many parts of the USA (and even Europe) if you look for them via Kayak, Sidestep or Vayama. You will fly into the Juan Santamaria International Airport, in San Jose (airport code SJO).
Cost and Registration:
The costs will be $1095USD for the week, including six nights of accommodation, tuition, yoga and excursions, but not food. You will have to buy your own food. There are kitchenettes in the bungalows.
