Flow Feast are happy to announce our first weekend retreat of Flow, Movement, Dance & Multi-Prop Object Manipulation.
The retreat (campsite) is open from mid-day on the 14th of September with a communal dinner and evening of music and close with brunch on Monday 17th September. Our first years location is a beautiful eco farm aptly named Karma Farm.
A weekend of focused flow training brought to you by a series of daytime workshops and evening spin jams. Each morning we offer a warm up class of Yoga followed by Poi, Contact Juggling, staff and a variety of multi-prop and movement lessons with Alien Jon, G, Charlie Phoenix Hession and other special guests. There’s also time to explore the local area and take a tour with Will (Farm Owner) to learn about conservation and enhancement of the natural environment. Enjoy the great outdoors, yummy food and so on.....
This retreat is open to all levels of all props and anyone who would like to meet great people, have fun and hone their flow.
