Beginner Poi Retreat with Nick, Alien Jon, and Banyan: Costa Rica: March 4-10

We are offering our first ever international poi retreat for beginners with La Escuela Del Sol! 

Join us for a whole week of poi adventuring with Nick Woolsey, Alien Jon, and Banyan as our yoga teacher. The retreat is limited to 20 participants so best to register early if you want a spot.

This week is fueled by a vision of something more important than poi tricks. We're aiming at tangible personal transformation and the ability to manifest the flow state at will.

Poi Beginner Series with Nick Woolsey

Nick Woolsey is finally returning to Vancouver to offer the Poi Beginner Series. This 6-class course will take you through all the fundamental moves and concepts of poi spinning! Although you will learn all the basic moves and transitions of poi, the true objective is to ensure that you grasp the fundamental principles of poi, preparing yourself for years of learning. We'll meet twice per week for the month of June.
