This year's Swiss Poi and Yoga Retreat was awesome! I can't believe we had such a good time even with all the rain! Franziska put this video together using a piece of music we all connected with (It's Nuvole Bianche by Ludovico Einaudi).
I was quite touched by just how well things went. Adrian and I feel that our vision of poi and yoga is beginning to truly manifest. It's only happening because such awesome people come with such big hearts, so I hope you all know how much we appreciate it.
Next year's Swiss Poi and Yoga retreat will be the second week of August. If that's too far away consider joining us in Costa Rica :)
